Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, George’s leadership began at an early age as a young Cadet Squadron Commander in the Civil Air Patrol. Enlisting in the US Air Force, George became an honor graduate of the Air Training Command, which led to his appointment as Lead Recovery Crew Chief on a flight of B-47 SAC Bombers loaded with nukes during the Cold War. After a distinguished Air Force career, George returned to PA, becoming a Registered Land Surveyor and shortly thereafter earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
Accomplished public speaker and published author, Nicholas served in the United States Air Force during September 11, 2001, earning the Air Force Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, Marksman award and various other honors and accolades, at the same time earning an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences through the Air Force Community College. Upon exiting the Air Force, Nicholas used the MGIB to earn his degree in Computer Science from CSUN and is working towards a Masters of the same at USC. He earned an honorary MBA for his creation of the popular card game, Worlds War One, and its parent company.
Having traversed a wide range of industry-leading organizations in varying and increasing levels of leadership–from Portfolio Manager at the global biotech leader Amgen in direct oversight of a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, to starting an entire IT support department within the US Department of Agriculture, to his last gig at Raytheon, as a Senior Computer Scientist for a Global Organization that makes Weapons of Mass Destruction–Nicholas has over 25 years of experience in cutting-edge IT, business, and project management practices. On top of which, he’s been helping his father at his Engineering firm for most of his adult life.
Nicholas is excited to formally be a partner of TEC 3 and is looking forward to making sure each client stays informed and empowered throughout the entire process, soup-to-nuts. As a client advocate, Nicholas will collaborate with city leaders to find the right path forward and as a problem-solver, Nicholas will remove roadblocks and ensure a smooth project delivery.
In his spare time, Nicholas teaches mathematics at a local High School and practices Shaolin Kung Fu, of which he’s achieved the rank of sho-dan black belt. When not working, he can be found out on the trails with his family in his OHV.
Nicholas was 2 years old when his family moved into the Las Vegas Valley. Many things have changed since then.

In 2005, Chad Klein graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Virtual Technologies & Design. Shortly thereafter, he came to Mesquite to golf with his dad, and has lived here ever since.
Hired by legendary local Architect RP Heim, Chad honed his craft and learned firsthand the ins and outs of the unique architectural landscape of Mesquite. In 2015 he aced the Residential Design Exam in Las Vegas and became a registered and licensed Residential Designer in 2016.Chad joined the Architectural Review Board for the city of Mesquite in 2016, and has been a leading member ever since.
Having the heart of a champion, Chad approaches architectural design with the same tenacity that made him a world-class athlete in multiple sports. Chad was the 2009 Nevada State Bowling Champion, and in golf, he qualified for the World Long Drive Championship 4 years in a row, between 2010-2013, with a highlight reel on the Golf Channel in 2013. During that same year, Chad had his best finish when he placed in the top 36, with a longest drive in competition of 444 yards.
Once upon a time, Chad also worked for E-Hospitality, on staff for the ESPN crew for American Le Mans and the NHRA top fuel dragster, Terry McMillen and team. He Logged many hours on the road traveling all over the country.
